About me
Born in Bremerhaven, at home in Hamburg, interest was quickly stoked to help shape the global supply chains and to find my focus on consulting there. The passion to fulfill my assignments methodically and analytically is unbridled and continues to inspire me.
Since 2006 as an independent management consultant - first in Germany and Europe, later internationally - I look back on several challenges that I encountered in my projects. Be it a new culture, not yet known in the company, the type of cooperation and currently, of course, a 'different' type of communication.
Triggered by the global pandemic and its constraints, it is necessary to accept and use this type of communication. Video, chats and audio sessions have reached a new level. The requirements in my projects have become more agile and demanding. Through my global assignments, I have been using these techniques for many years and have integrated them into my project management methodology. Initially more as a supplement, currently exclusive.
However, the focus has always remained the same: sharp focus on the order and the right measure, combined with the hedging and further development of the entire company. This is the opportunity to be recognized and realized.
